Suwannee Bell Farms LLC is a family owned, single product, micro farm enterprise in Bell, Florida. Located on our six acre oak forest homestead, my wife and I organically grow the finest oak log Shiitake mushrooms in Gainesville, Florida. We are focused on providing superior quality Lentinula edodes for select Gainesville chefs and restaurants exclusively. We recently enjoyed our first harvest, sharing the fruits of our labor with friends and family members, vegetarians and carnivores alike to rave reviews. As we expand and fine tune our growing process to serve our larger community going forward, we are looking to connect with local Gainesville restauarants and chefs who may be interested in sampling and sourcing our product in 2024.
